Komplett.no was established in 1996 and is Norway's largest online store. The online store is owned by Komplett Services AS (org. No .: 979642121), which is part of the Komplett Group - the Nordic region's largest e-commerce operator with 10 online stores. Komplett Group has 700 employees and is headquartered in Sandefjord. Total turnover in 2017 was NOK 8.1 billion. Our desire is to open up our little world to everyone. Through the social media we informally want to give you insight into what goes on behind the scenes at Norway's largest online store. Komplett.no is the largest online store in the Nordic region. We focus on a wide range of computer equipment and accessories, which means that we are always up to date on news, prices and alternative products. We always offer 45 days of open purchase The Norwegian Customer Barometer measures satisfaction and loyalty among Norwegian consumers. In the overview for 2009 we were in ninth place, in 2010 an 11th place and in 2011 you find Komplett.no in a solid seventh place and thus still the best in the industry! We are very humble and grateful for the trust, but at the same time are very conscious that we can always improve. Regardless; we allow ourselves to pat ourselves on the shoulders and then fold our sleeves for further effort!
