Position Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE (Office-based)
Device Network is a B2B trading platform specializing in mobile devices and consumer electronics. Our platform offers end-to-end software solutions (SaaS) and value-added products and services to enable companies in the 'Device Circular Economy' to buyback, process, test, grade, price and resell mobile devices. Our clients include retailers, repair and service centres, buyback recyclers, wholesalers, resellers, network operators, and insurance companies globally.
We are looking for highly motivated Business Development Managers to join a brand-new sales team setting up in Dubai. You must have a strong track record of developing new business and maintaining existing accounts. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's range of products and services to a diverse set of technology companies. The role offers uncapped earnings potential for the right candidates who can overachieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients via telephone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & Telegram.
- Arrange Teams/Zoom meetings for presentations, demos and networking.
- Negotiate and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Meet and exceed KPI's and sales targets.
- Proactively target new suppliers and customers.
- Collaborate with the Services Director and the rest of the B2B sales team to achieve overall company goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months prior sales experience, although graduates or individuals looking to retrain with the right attitude and commitment may be considered as full training will be given.
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude with proven success rate at levels above quota.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with sales management software, CRM and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent written and spoken English essential. Multi-lingual would be advantageous.
