The journey started in 2012 with two young locals, Josh and Luke Ryan who started iMend iPhones after discovering a need for quality Apple product repairs on their beloved Sunshine Coast. Their passion and active involvement in the local business community delivered phenomenal success and led to the incorporation of the highly successfully Yell-O business in 2013. Expanding beyond work on Apple brand, the new venture was repairing and servicing all makes and models, from iMend HQ in the Big Top. As their reputation for excellence grew, the iMend team sensed it was time to reward their loyal customers with a new venue that would house all their smart device needs. To coincide with their move from the Big Top to the big time, the iMend Phones brand was launched in 2014 with the opening of the flagship store at 27 Cornmeal Parade, Maroochydore. Today, iMend Phones is recognised as the #1 choice for smart device repair, service and advice on the Sunshine Coast. Every repairer worth its salt provides top quality repairs delivered by qualified technicians, but we realised some time ago that “good enough” would never be good enough for us or our customers.
